Palpa Cements Industries Calls 9th AGM With These Agendas? When's the Book Closure?

Palpa Cements Industries Limited (PCIL) has called its 5th AGM on 19th Jestha, 2083. The meeting will be held in Hotel Mahamaya Crown, Sunwal-4, Nawalparasi, starting at 1:00 Pm that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1. To discuss and approve the Annual Report for the fiscal year 2081/82 presented by the Board of Directors.
2. To discuss and approve the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules for FY 2081/82 along with the Auditor’s Report.
3. To appoint an Auditor for FY 2082/83 and to determine their remuneration.
4. To authorize the Board of Directors on behalf of the company to carry out merger/acquisition activities with other firms or companies.
5. To elect/nominate a total of four directors, including one representative from the general public shareholders.
6. Misc.

Jestha 05 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
