Oxford University Press concludes Book Launch and Teachers' Training event in Kathmandu; aims to enhance English language skill among Nepalese primary students

With an aim to enhance the English Language skills of Grade I to VIII students in more interactive way, Oxford University Press, New Delhi, India launched a Book, 'Oxford New Pathways: An Interactive Course in English' and also organized Teachers' Training Programme for Nepal.

The event was hosted at St. Xavier's School, Jawalakhel Lalitpur today from 9:00 AM. After the launch, the training continued till 2:00 PM. 

DAV School's Principal Ms. Bhubaneswari Rao, St. Xavier's School Principal Fr. George M.P,  Sj. along with representative Principals and Vice-principals of all the renowned schools of the Capital attended the programme.

The book 'Oxford New Pathways: An interactive Course in English' is authored by Ms. Gayatri Khanna from Oxford University Press, New Delhi, India. Ms. Khanna was also the key resource person for the Teachers' Training. She is one of the renowned Author of  Oxford University Press and Material Producer of CBSE; NCERT along with decade long experience of trainer in various parts of the world. She started her career as a teacher.

Mr. Rajesh Mahindroo from Oxford University Press Noida India was present to extend sincere hospitality to all the invited teachers.
