The state-owned printing company has been entrusted with the responsibility of producing ballot papers for the national polls.

According to details shared by the center, 1.313 million ballot papers were printed within the last 24 hours alone, indicating steady progress in the printing process. Of the total requirement, 28.3 million ballot papers are to be printed for the proportional representation (PR) system, of which around 50 percent have already been completed.

The center has also confirmed that 1.098 million ballot papers have already been handed over to the Election Commission. The printed ballots are being delivered in phases to ensure timely distribution and secure handling ahead of the elections.

Meanwhile, the Janak Education Materials Center stated that the printing of ballot papers for the First-Past-The-Post (FPTP) system will begin only after the completion of the candidate nomination process. The printing will proceed once the final list of candidates is published and election symbols are formally allocated.
