Oriental Hotels distribute bonus shares directly in demat account; Urges shareholders to dematerialize their shares

Oriental Hotels (OHL) has published a notice today informing that the bonus shares have been deposited in the shareholders' demat account directly. Therefore, shareholders who haven't yet dematerialized their shares are requested to do it kin order to claim the bonus dividend.

OHL had approved 5% bonus shares for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76 in the 22nd AGM held on Kartik 07, 2076.

The bonus shares have already been listed in NEPSE and CDS and Clearing and is ready for transaction. Similarly, shareholders who haven't claimed their cash dividends from past years are requested to contact the share registrar of the company, NIBL Ace Capital and update their bank information in demat account.
