O.N. Biotech & Research Public Ltd. Appoints Global IME Capital for 30 Lakh Share IPO

O.N. Biotech & Research Public Limited has appointed Global IME Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for its public offering of 3,000,000 shares at Rs. 100 each. The signing ceremony was held on Magh 14, 2082 BS in Kathmandu.

Established in Poush 2076 BS, the company’s headquarters are in Tilottama, Rupandehi, with industrial facilities in Tilottama 16, 17, and Shuddhodhan 1.

The company specializes in fresh mushroom production using agricultural by-products (like straw, bagasse, mustard husk), produces mushroom seeds, and processes mushrooms into dried forms. It also plans to operate a canned mushroom plant and produces seasonal vegetables, compost, and organic fertilizers for farmers.

O.N. Biotech aims to make Nepal self-reliant in mushroom production, provide support and guidance to commercial farmers, and expand into exporting mushrooms abroad. The company is led by a team of agricultural experts, entrepreneurs, mushroom specialists, chartered accountants, and other professionals.
