Om Hospital and Research Center Successfully Conducted 27th AGM; Dr. Ananda Prasad Shrestha Elected as Chairman

Om Hospital and Research Center Private Limited held its 27th annual general meeting in Kathmandu. During the meeting, senior radiologist Dr. Ananda Prasad Shrestha was unanimously elected as the chairman of the board of directors.

The board also includes Sarala Rijal, Dr. Hari Kishor Shrestha, Dr. GisupNikha Prasiko, Dr. Rajesh Kishor Shrestha, Dr. Rita Singh Hamal, Sharad Kanta Adhikari, Hari Prasad Pathak, Bijaya Malla, Babu Kazi Karki, and Dr. Jageshwor Sharma Gautam.

Dr. Shrestha, a prominent radiologist with over five decades of experience and extensive contributions to the Nepali medical field, emphasized the importance of cooperation to maintain institutional governance. He pledged to advance the hospital with high-level treatment services and expert staff, aiming to make it Nepal's top healthcare provider.

Om Hospital has been active in corporate social responsibility initiatives, including free health camps and discounted treatment services. It collaborates with the Government of Nepal to provide free dialysis for kidney patients and discounted cancer treatments. The hospital also offers a 10 percent discount on treatment fees for senior citizens over 70. Known for its skilled doctors and comprehensive services, Om Hospital has been delivering continuous healthcare services for three decades.
