Om finance enters into its 16th year of operation

Om finance has entered into its 16th year of operation. On the occasion of the 16^th anniversary, blood donation program was organized by the finance. 73 unit of blood were collected from the employees of the finance as well as other people. The program was started by handing over a blood bag by the CEO of Om finance, Mr. Buddhi Malla to the baller of national cricket team, also an employee of Om finance, Mr. Karan K.C. Afforestation program was also organized by the finance in Lekhnath of Kaski District. As per the CEO of Om finance, Mr. Buddhi Malla, “Every year on the occasion of the anniversary, Om finance has been doing social work and this year too the finance has continued its trend and also has plans to conduct other social works too.” The BOD meeting of finance company has proposed 27.07 percent bonus share and 1.72 cash dividend (tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The decision is subjected to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
