Om Development Bank and National Banking Institute signs MoU; enters into strategic partnership for human capital development of the bank

Om Development Bank Ltd. and National Banking Institute Ltd (NBI) have Signed a memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic alliance whereby NBI would provide training programs on specialized banking certification to more than 100 employees of the bank for its human capital development.

The MOU was signed by Mr. Bishwo Mohan Adhikari, CEO of the Bank and Mr. Sanjib Subba, CEO of NBI.

This alliance is expected to be instrumental in the capacity building process and bringing about positive transformation in human capital development in the industry.
