NTC´s net profit Rs 10.77 billion
KATHMANDU, May 3:
The third annual general meeting of the Nepal Telecom (NTC) concluded on Monday, deciding to distribute dividends among its shareholders at the rate of Rs 40 per share for the fiscal year 2066/67.
The NTC’s net profit this fiscal year is Rs 10.77 billion, an increase by 6 per cent from the fiscal year’s Rs 10.17 billion, informed Sushil Ghimire, chairman of the management committee of the company during its third annual general assembly today.
Likewise, the company’s total asset this year is worth Rs 52.5 billion, according to Ghimire. The last fiscal year, the company had a total asset worth Rs 46.28 billion.
The meeting held at the Army Officers’ Club in Kathmandu today also endorsed reports presented by the management committee and the auditor for the fiscal year 2066/67.
