NTC Distributes 20% Cash Dividend to Bank Accounts

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) is distributing a 20% cash dividend directly to bank accounts of eligible shareholders from 25th Chaitra, 2078 (today). The company has also urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.

The 14th AGM of the company held on 24th Chaitra, 2078 endorsed a 20% cash dividend and 20% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2077/78. This was the company's first-ever bonus shares declaration. The paid-up capital of the company after bonus shares issuance will be Rs. 18 Arba.

Chaitra 11 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

As of writing, NTC has an LTP of Rs. 1,130.
