NRN Laghubitta to convene first AGM on Falgun 16; Major agendas involve mergers and acquisitions

NRN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will be convening its first AGM on Falgun 16, 2076 Friday at Hotel Sathi, Dhangadi, Kailali from 11 AM onwards.
The 37th Board Meeting held on Magh 23, 2076 has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman o behalf of the BOD.
- Approval of the audited financial reports of FY 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for the year 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- The decision regarding share swap ratio and other details of merger and acquisition with Kisan microfinance bittiya sanstha and Divya laghubitta bittiya sanstha.
- Finalizing the merger of Creative and Ramaroshan Laghubittas into this company.
