NRN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha announces SGM; Company to issue FPO

NRN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced its Special General Meeting to be held on 20th Bhadra, 2077 at 11 am in Dhangadhi, Kailali (Hotel Sathi).
Among other proposals, the AGM will discuss issuing FPO (Follow-on Public Offering) to the general public.
Furthermore, the microfinance company will change its name as instructed by Nepal Rastra Bank and carry out necessary procedures. The company is also changing its corporate office address to Budhanilkantha, 9, Kathmandu.
Additionally, Kisan Microfinance Bitttiya Sanstha Limited, NRN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, and Dibya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited have merged in the swap ratio 1:1:1. Their joint transaction has already commenced from June 11.
