NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited investing in Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower project

NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRN) has informed NEPSE that it has decided to invest in Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited. 

This was decided by the board members of NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited on a virtual meeting held on Bhadra 31. NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited is investing in the Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower project of Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited. 

NRN Infrastructure and Development had recently issued an IPO to the general public. 

The issue had received applications from 4,17,958 valid applicants who had applied for a total of 1,53,84,860 units. The issue was oversubscribed by more than 4.86 times.

A total of 3,20,614 applicants were allotted 10 units each via the lottery.

The last trading price of NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited (NRN) is Rs 357 traded on September 30, 2020.
