NRB approves 9.46% dividend of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank; to distribute dividend after getting approved from upcoming AGM

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, through its 478th board meeting held on Falgun 2077, has decided to provide 8.80% bonus shares and 0.46% cash dividend for taxation purposes.
The bank will organize a virtual AGM on Chaitra 13, 2077 following which the dividend will be distributed, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 103 branches and 34 ATM outlets in its network serving more than 5 lakh customers.
