NRB approves 39% stock dividend of NIC Asia; AGM on Magh 10

The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has approved NIC Asia Bank Ltd's., proposed 39% bonus share and 2.05% cash dividend to its shareholders. Similarly the bank has proposed right shares after bonus share in the ratio of 4:1 to its shareholders which subject to the approval of its upcoming
AGM of NIC Asia will be held on Magh 10. The register of its shareholders will remain close from Poush 26 to Magh 10 2072 for the same purpose.
