Nobel College of Health and Education Plans Public IPO to Expand Hospital and Educational Services

Nobel College of Health and Education Foundation Ltd. plans to publicly issue approximately 28.57% of its shares through an IPO, with the remaining 71.43% retained by the promoter shareholding group. Nabil Investment Banking Ltd. has been appointed as the issue and sales manager.
The Kathmandu-based hospital currently has 100 beds and offers world-class medical services, with plans to expand by adding 200 more beds, including general and cancer care facilities. The foundation also runs educational programs for undergraduate students in nursing and pharmacy. Established in 2005 BS, the foundation employs over 200 staff and has an annual turnover exceeding NPR 50 crore. The IPO proceeds will help fund hospital expansion and enhance medical and educational services.
