No Dividends to Shareholders of Reliance Life Insurance Limited for FY 2077/78

Reliance Life Insurance Limited (RLI) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2077/78.
The Board Meeting of RLI held on Poush 20, 2079 has decided that the company will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2077/78.
RLI distributed cash dividend of 5.2632% for the Fiscal Year 2076/77.
Also, a preliminary agreement has been reached between Reliance Life Insurance and Sanima Life Insurance Company Limited (SLI) companies to merge in a ratio of 1:1.
