No Dividends to Shareholders of Neco Insurance Limited for FY 2079/80

Neco Insurance Limited (NIL) has declared that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The 452nd Board Meeting of NIL held on Mangsir 18, 2080 has decided that the company will not distribute any dividends to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2079/80 and the profit will be kept as a reserve fund rather than paid out as dividends to shareholders.
The company has distributed 15.79% dividends to its shareholders in the last fiscal year 2078/79.
