No Dividend To Sanima Life Insurance Company's Shareholders for FY 2077/78

Sanima Life Insurance Company Limited (SLI) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2077/78.
The Board Meeting of SLI held on Poush 08, 2079 has decided that the company will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2077/78. Last year, the company proposed a 4.42% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77 which was the first-ever dividend proposed by the company after being listed in NEPSE.
The last trading price of SLI is Rs 316.10 traded on 22nd December.
