No Dividend To Goodwill Finance Company Shareholders for FY 2078/79

Goodwill Finance Company Limited (GFCL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2078/79.
The Board Meeting of GFCL held on Jestha 17 has decided that the company will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2078/79. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
As of the third quarter of 2079/80, the paid-up capital of the company stood at Rs. 946,115,200 while its net profit declined by 86.68%. The Earnings per Share (EPS) stands 2.82%, whereas the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) was 13.43%.
