No Dividend for FY 2076/77: Support Laghubitta (SMB)

Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) will not distribute any dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 156th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 28 has decided to direct the profits of the fiscal year 2076/77 to the company's reserves. Thus, no dividend will be distributed to investors.

In the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had distributed 10% bonus shares and 0.526% cash dividend. As of writing, the LTP of the company stands at Rs. 2,350. Support Laghubitta has reported a massive increment in Net Profit in Q1 of the fiscal year 2077/78. The company's net profit increased to Rs. 45.82 Lakhs in Q1 of the fiscal year 2077/78 as compared to Rs. 13.65 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
