No Dividend for FY 2076/77: Summit Laghubitta; Joint Operation from Ashwin 06 after merger with Sajilo Laghubitta

The 198th meeting of the board members of Summit Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFDB) has decided to not distribute any dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
Also, the merger process with Sajilo Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBSL) has been completed and they will commence their joint operation from Ashwin 06.
Summit Laghubitta had posted a net profit of Rs 39.71 million in Q4 of the fiscal year 2076/77.
