No Dividend for FY 2076/77: Gurans Laghubitta

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) will not distribute any dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

Issuing a new notice, the company has informed that the profit loss statement, cash flow accounts, and necessary financial statements of FY 2076/77 have been submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. The statements will be endorsed by the company's upcoming AGM after approval by NRB.

However, the company has mentioned in the same notice that no dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year. Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited had distributed 7.61% bonus shares and a 0.4% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2075/76.

As of writing, the company has an LTP of Rs. 776 per share.
