NMB's Heritage Walk

NMB Bank in association with Kathmandu Metropolitan City Office organised the ‘3rd NMB Bank Heritage Walk 2014’ on the occasion of World Heritage Day. It was inaugurated by the bank’s Chairman Nanda Kishor Rathi, and representatives from Pepsi, Samsung Mobiles and Diebold who were major sponsors at the bank’s head office in Babarmahal. The Heritage Walk started from Babarmahal through Thapathali, Tripureshwor, Sundhara, Bhotahity, Ganabahal, Hanumandhoka and finally assembled at Basantapur for the closing ceremony with participation of invited guests, bank’s staff and media. The bank also organised a fund raising for heritage preservation by keeping a donation box at its premises during the opening ceremony. NMB Bank has also announced to work at renovating the ‘Luchu Bhuju Ajima Temple’ at Ganabahal, Kathmandu, with funds collected from this year’s campaign.
