NMB Laghubitta Urges Promoter Shareholders to Respond on Share Reclassification

NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has issued a public notice informing all its promoter shareholders about a possible adjustment in the promoter shareholding structure. The current promoter shareholding of 60% is proposed to be reduced to 51% in accordance with prevailing regulations.

The company has urged all promoter shareholders to notify in writing if they do not wish to convert their shares into the public shareholding group. This application must be submitted within 21 days from the date of this notice to the company’s central office, located at New Road, Pokhara, Kaski.

If no written objection is received within the deadline, the institution will proceed with the process of converting the excess promoter shares to the public category, assuming that the promoter shareholders have given their consent.

This notice serves as a formal communication to all concerned stakeholders regarding the planned change in shareholding classification, in line with regulatory compliance requirements.
