NMB Laghubitta (NMBMF) Proposes to Distribute 10% Bonus Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2078/79

In the 133rd meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 27, NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF),  has decided to distribute cash dividends and bonus shares to the shareholders of the organization on the current paid-up capital of Rs.65.58 Crores.

10% bonus shares worth Rs 6.55 crores and 0.5263% cash dividend (tax purpose) worth Rs 34.51 Lakhs have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after the company passes approval in the next annual general meeting and also after being approved by Nepal Rastra Bank.
