NMB Laghubitta (NMBMF) proposes 20% dividend for fiscal year 2076/77: How much in bonus shares and cash?

NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) has proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 108th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 09 had decided to distribute 19% bonus shares and 1% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 45,36,17,500. Thus, bonus shares totaling Rs. 8,61,87,325 and cash dividend totaling Rs. 45,36,175 will be distributed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. 

As of writing, the LTP of the company stands at Rs. 900. The microfinance company has reported a 104.42% rise in net profit in Q1 of this year. Its EPS stands at Rs 27.55 with a PE of 28.71 times.
