NMB Laghubitta (NMBMF) calls AGM on Poush 27; When's the book closure for its Dividend?

NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) has called its 8th AGM on Poush 27, i.e. January 11. The meeting will be organized in Hotel Pokhara Grande, Birauta, Pokhara, starting at 11 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. From the distributable profit, the microfinance company has proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 108th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 09 had decided to distribute 19% bonus shares and 1% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 45,36,17,500. Thus, bonus shares totaling Rs. 8,61,87,325 and cash dividend totaling Rs. 45,36,175 will be distributed.
The book closure date is announced on Poush 14. Thus, investors maintained till that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Poush 14 to Poush 27.
