NMB brings new loan

NMB Bank and Employment Fund Secretariat/Helvetas Nepal signed a MoU on Wednesday to provide Seepmulak Karja that will help economic growth due to easy loan to skilled people who have been trained through Employment Fund,” the bank said, adding that the need for capital to utilise their skills and resources for self employment has been honoured by NMB Bank with Seepmulak Karja. The bank has planned to reach out to the majority of unbanked segment of the population. An individual could get Rs 10,000 to Rs 300,000 under Seepmulak Karja with or without collateral on group guarantee basis at reasonable interest rate, CEO of NMB Bank Upendra Poudyal, said, adding that more than 5,000 skilled graduates would benefit annually from the loan.
