NMB Bank set to issue Rs 3 arba worth of “10% NMB Bank debenture 2085”; receives final approval from SEBON

SEBON’s has given final approval to NMB Bank to issue the debenture. Now, NMB Bank Limited is all set to issue 30 lakh unit debentures worth Rs 3 arba at par value of Rs 1000 each under the name of “10% NMB Bank Debenture 2085”.
The commercial bank will be issuing 12,00,000 units i.e. 40% for the general public while remaining 18,00,000 units i.e. 60% of the issue will be for the private placement.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issuance.
The debenture will be providing 10% return on the investment which will be paid semi-annually and this debenture matures in 10 years.
Already, NMB Bank Limited has Rs 50 crore worth debenture in its portfolio.
