NMB Bank Limited (NMB) has proposed a 15.8% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.
The 427th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 12 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 16.32 arba. 12.5% bonus shares worth Rs 2.04 arba and 3.3% cash dividend (including tax for bonus shares) worth Rs 53.87 crore have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
As of writing, NMB has an LTP of Rs 413.
