NMB Bank formally accepts wedlock with Om Development Bank; SGM provides green signal to provide 76 NMB shares to every 100 shares of OM Bank

NMB Bank has convened its SGM on Shrawan 28, 2076 which has provided nod to merge with Om Development Bank.
The SGM has also provided go-ahead signal to the report of DDA to fix the share swap ratio between these institutions at 100 : 76.
Following the merger, the capital and reserve fund of NMB bank will increase to Rs 20.42 arba, deposit of Rs 1.19 kharba, loan figure of Rs 1.13 kharba, as per the statement.
