NMB Bank convenes its 27th AGM; endorses 8.25% cash dividend to shareholders

NMB Bank convened its 27^th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Pawan Golyan on Poush 25, 2079.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM endorsed the decision to provide 8.25% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. The bank had earned Rs 3.29 arba during the previous fiscal year

The bank currently provides its services to its customers from its 201 branches, 138 ATM outlets and 11 extension counters under its network.
