NMB Bank closes its core banking activities today to integrate the system of merged BFIs

NMB Bank Limited, Pathibhara Bikash Bank Limited, Bhrikuti Development Bank Limited, Prudential Finance Company Limited and Clean Energy Development Bank Limited have merged. The name of the merged entity will be NMB Bank Limited which will start the joint operation form Kartik 1, 2072 in a formal way. In order to facilitate the joint operation, the core banking activities of all the Bank and Financial Institutions (BFIs) listed above will be closed today, Ashwin 29, 2072. As per the notice published, these BFIs will not accept deposits, withdraw cash (including ATM) or conduct any core banking business activities. The bank will be back in full operation on Sunday Kartik 01, 2072 as a NMB Bank Ltd.
