NMB Bank announces book closure from Shrawan 17 till Shrawan 31; Shareholders holding shares till Shrawan 16 can participate in the AGM

NMB Bank Limited (NMB) has published a notice regarding the book closure date for its upcoming 22nd AGM. 

As per the information published in NEPSE, the shareholder register book of the bank will remain closed from Shrawan 17, 2075 till Shrawan 31, 2075. The shareholders holding the shares of the bank till Shrawan 16 wll only be deemed eligible to participate in the AGM.

After the commencement of AGM, the issued capital of the bank will reach Rs 8.74 arba. The bank is set to convene its 22nd AGM on Shrawan 31, 2075.
