NMB Bank and Nepal Bangladesh Bank to convene their AGM today; See the details

NMB Bank Limited (NMB) will be convening its 23^rd AGM on Poush 26, 2075 i.e today. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali at 11:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include

1. To increase the issued capital of the bank to Rs 9.61 arba
2. To endorse 10% bonus share worth Rs 87.43 crore for the shareholders
3. To make amendments in the MoA and regulations and to provide authority to the BOD to make changes in future

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and distribution of 20% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75.

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) will be convening its 24^th AGM on Poush 26, 2075 i.e. today. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Rastriya Sabha Griha, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. To make amendments in the MoA with the inclusion of subsidiary company for working as a stock broker
2. To make other changes in the MoA and to provide authority to the BOD to make such changes in the future

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and distribution of 10.53% cash dividend worth Rs 19.82 crore.
