NLIC's new product

KATHMANDU:

Nepal Life Insurance Company has introduced a new insurance product called ‘Bal Siksha Yojana’ that provides coverage to children aged zero to 18. The product was launched by Insurance Board chairman Dr Fatta Bahadur KC amidst a programme held in Kathmandu today. One of the highlights of the product is that the insurance policy will also provide coverage to children’s parents as well, says a statement issued by the company today. “After maturity of the policy, the amount can be used for education of children,” the statement adds.
