NLIC 60% bonus share certificates and 8% cash dividend warrant distribution from today

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) is distributing 60% bonus share certificate and 8% cash dividend warrant to their shareholders from today (Ashad 21, 2072).
NLICL 15thAGM had endorsed 60% bonus shares and 8% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The stock dividend of NLICL would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday at their RTS, NMB Capital Limited located atBabarmahal, Kathmandu.
Those shareholders who possess DEMAT account, their bonus share will be deposited in respective demat account.
Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has reported net profit of Rs.110.09 million in third quarter company analysis of the fiscal year 2071/72.
