NLG Insurance to convene its 13th AGM on Ashoj 08, 2076; Book closure on Bhadra 25, 2076

NLG Insurance Company (NLG) has published a notice today calling its shareholders to participate in its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The date for AGM has been set on Ashoj 08, 2076 (Wednesday) from 11 AM onwards. The meeting will held at the premises of Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Sadak, Baluwatar Kathmandu. For the purpose of this, the company's books will be closed on Bhadra 25, 2076.

The agendas of the AGM includes:

• Discussion and approval of Boards report.
• Discussion and approval of all financial statements till Ashad end of 2075.
• Appointment and fixation of remuneration for the auditors
