NLG Insurance conducting 9th AGM today; 21.05% dividend to be approved

NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) is convening its 9th annual general meeting (AGM) today. The AGM is schedule to starts at 11:00 AM at Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur, Kathmandu.

It has already proposed 15 percent bonus share and 6.05 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.The decision, however, is subject to the approval of the company AGM.

The major agendas for the AGM are approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71, appointment of auditors, increment of capital and approval of dividend declared by the BOD.
