NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) has proposed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Jestha 17 has decided to distribute 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend (amount for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 10,96,37,550 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 57,70,397.
Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Beema Samiti and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
