NLG Insurance appoints RBB Merchant Banking to function as its Share Registrar

NLG Insurance has appointed RBB Merchant Banking as its share registrar.
The agreement regarding the same was signed on Asad 28, 2077 between CEO of the insurance company Mr. Sunil Ballav Pant and CEO of RBB Merchant Banking Mr. Badri Prasad Pyakurel, as per the media statement.
