NLG Insurance announces 15% Stock and 6.05% Cash Dividend

The 151st BOD meeting of NLG Insurance Company Limited has proposed 15 percent bonus share and 6.0526 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The BoD meeting of bank held on Kartik 28, 2071 has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
