NLG Insurance AGM today to endorse 21 percent dividend

NLG Insurance Company Limited is holding its Annual General Meeting today.
The 8th AGM of the insurer being held at the Russian Center of Science & Culture, at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu is due to endorse 11.05 percent cash dividend and 10 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
NLG had posted a net profit of Rs 14.37 crore in the last fiscal year.
