NLG Insurance AGM on Poush 30; 15% bonus & 6.05% cash in offing

NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) is going to hold its 9th Annual General Meeting on Poush 30,2071; which will endorse 15 percent bonus share and 6.05 percent cash dividend from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The bank has also announced the book closure for the same from Poush 17 to Poush 30, 2071.
Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Poush 16 will be entitled to dividends offered by the bank.
Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71.
NLG Insurance offered 10 percent bonus and 11.05 cash dividend to its shareholders previous fiscal year i.e. 2069/70.
