NLG hosts AGM

KATHMANDU, MAR 24: 

NLG Insurance organised its annual general meeting (AGM) on Friday. The AGM for fiscal year 2010-11 was held under the leadership of its chairman Krishna Prasad Sharma. The AGM approved the financial report of the fiscal year and appointed PL Shrestha and Company as its chartered accountants. It has also authorised the board of directors to look into mergers. The company’s total collected insurance amount stood at Rs 57.21 million and net insurance amount at Rs 44.18 million during the fiscal. It earned a profit of Rs 2.25 million.
