Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta distributing 25% bonus shares to Demat accounts; Shares already listed in NEPSE

Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NUBL is distributing the 25% bonus shares directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders.

The bonus shares are already deposited for investors who have dematerialized their shares before Mangsir 29, 2076. For those who have dematerialized their shares after this date, the bonus shares will be deposited soon. The company has urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares if they haven't done so yet.

The 30,00,000 units bonus shares of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta have already been listed in NEPSE. The company had distributed a 25% bonus shares worth Rs 30 crore and 15.53% cash dividend worth Rs 18.63 crore including tax for the fiscal year 2075/76.

Meanwhile, a massive provision of Rs 53.63 crores has taken Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta to a net loss in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2077/78.
