Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta convenes its 23rd AGM; endorses proposal of 31% dividend to its shareholders

Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta has convened its 23^rd AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sarad Nidhi Tiwari on Poush 25, 2078.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 29.5% bonus shares worth Rs 50 crore and 1.55% cash dividend worth Rs 2.63 crore to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year. After the capitalization of the bonus shares, the paid-up value of the company will scale up to Rs 3 arba.

The AGM also appointed Sunder and Company, Charter Accountants as the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
