Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta convenes 21st AGM; endorses decision to provide 30% bonus shares to shareholders as revised proposal

Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta has convened its 21st AGM on Poush 13, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Sharad Nidhi Tiwari. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide dividend worth Rs 30 crore that includes 30% bonus shares and cash dividend for tax purposes.
The AGM has appointed R Parajuli and Associates, Chartered Accountants as the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
