Nirdhan Utthan announces its AGM on Poush 12; 50% Dividend in offing

Nirdhan Utthan Bank Limited (NUBL) is going to hold its 16th Annual General Meeting on Poush 12, 2071 will endorse 40 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The bank has also announced the book closure for the same from Mangsir 24 to Poush 12, 2071.

Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Mangsir 23 will be entitled to dividends offered by the bank.

Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and also the election for 1 director representing the promoters group and 2 directors representing the public shareholders.

Nirdhan Utthan Bank Limited offered 20 percent bonus share and 11.58 percent cash dividend to its shareholders last fiscal year.
